| 1381378 | 2014-08-10 09:26:00 | Google Drive cannot continue syncing because your Google Drive folder is missing, is the on screen message. The folder exists in several places on my computer and it still exists on the internet. This has persisted threw many restarts a re installation of Google Drive, Fire fox, a Windows Repair and re installation. |

| 1381379 | 2014-08-11 04:15:00 | Doesn't anybody have an idea? I used "Perfect Uninstaller" to uninstall FireFox when its automatic update mixed it up with Thunderbird! I uninstalled Tbird the usual way and reinstalled it; that was when I discovered the installer for "Perfect Uninstaller" and thought to use it. Big mistake! I think P.U. would have mangled the registry if I hadn't stopped it. Please try to think of an explanation for this existing - non-existing folder. I cant think of anything else to try. |

I have been using Google for 15 years; I did that search myself,_ questions without answers and other useless stuff, some to technical for me to understand; I am no programer. I've made some progress, but when I try to sign in I get a notepad page full of code starting with this,_ <!DOCTYPE html><html lang="en"><head><meta charset="utf-8"><meta content="width=300, initial-scale=1" name="viewport"> <title>Sign in - Google Accounts</title><style>@font-face {font-family: 'Open Sans'; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; src: url(//themes.googleusercontent.com/static/fonts/opensans/v6/DXI1ORHCpsQm3Vp6mXoaTXZ2MAKAc2x4R1uOSeegc5U.eot); src: local('Open Sans Light'), local('OpenSans-Light'), url(//themes.googleusercontent.com/static/fonts/opensans Sorry, that seems like a lot more than I copied. Nothing happens, but when I close that page there is a blank page behind it. When I press enter things seem to happen, but they dont work. |

What if you go to default programs in control panel and change the html extension to a browser or whatever that program is? Someone did answer Have you tried going to "Default Programs" and resetting Internet Explorer to have all its defaults? |

IE wont work on my computer, and Windows update cant install it. I Couldnt find it in "Default Programs" either.
