| 1381027 | 2014-08-06 12:06:00 | I would like to thank wainuitech for the video instructions and of course, not forgetting Gary for sending them to me. :thanks I managed to restore the image successfully. You guys are so helpful. I have a little problem with loading Active@ from the CD - I could not get Active@ to recognise both of my USB keyboard and mouse after it has loaded. I got to force a restart (as both KB and Mse are not working), and on second boot, Active@ then only recognises the KB and mouse. Do you guys have the same problem when loading Active@ ? Cheers |

| 1381028 | 2014-08-06 12:15:00 | Check to see if the BIOS has a setting for legacy USB support and try turning it on, helps with mouse & keyboard operation sometimes. | dugimodo (138) | ||

| 1381030 | 2014-08-07 01:26:00 | Found a trick: Put in the Active@ Book Disk, press Del to enter BIOS, do nothing, exit BIOS and boot up Active@; it now recognises my USB KB and Mouse! Don't ask me why, it just works. :D |
