1367053 2014-02-07 10:06:00 Hi All,

I'm new to this gig and really don't know where to turn! I wondered if I might be able to ask for help/advice???

I recently had to re-image my laptop as it was malfunctioning all over the show (age I'm thinking!) In the process, I've lost the back up for my iPhone 4S. Now I have an iPhone, but no way to back it up to my freshly imaged and working well laptop. I want to transfer mainly all my contacts and music to the laptop. Does anyone have any ideas??

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
V

1367054 2014-02-07 19:15:00 Easy way. Download iTunes and install it on the laptop then just hookup your iPhone and sync it. CliveM (6007)
1367055 2014-02-07 20:17:00 I wish it was that simple. My laptop/ latest version of iTunes doesn't have any of my music etc on it. If I synced it, everything on the iPhone would be deleted. I'm looking for a way to transfer all my data from my phone to the laptop Vin97531 (17229)
