1366392 2014-01-30 00:45:00 I went to access their website just now and get

"For warranty and repairs, please contact support@fairbuy.co.nz"

Hope not as my Nexus 4 was bought from them..

Another dodgy dealer bites the dust then.

1366395 2014-01-31 04:59:00 That's why you have to remember you are taking a higher risk when you buy from the cheapest dealers. Agent_24 (57)

1366397 2014-01-31 22:20:00 “It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little . When
you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all . When you pay
too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you
bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do . The
common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a
lot - it can't be done . If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well
to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will
have enough to pay for something better .

My Galaxy S3 suffered from "Sudden Death Syndrome" (googleable) one year and 14 days after I purchased it

Sent it back for repair and no reply after that for months until emailed some personal info (of theirs) to them - then a flurry of apologetic emails - and then more nothing.

Looking back I was so stupid - I mean please - such a Naf name! Who wouldn't have guessed?? Me obviously :-/

Next time buy from the locals!

1366401 2014-02-24 02:19:00 There is an old saying that buyers who seek the lowest price would do well to remember:

'The sour taste of a bad service experience lasts much longer than the sweetness of a low price.'

You pays your money and you gets what you paid for, which in this case is at best no warranty but no problems, and at worst, no phone and no means to pursue recompense.

So what will you do now with the miserable amount of money you saved by using a trader with no service history?

Cheers
