Who do I apply to so as I can register as a underfunded minority race. I am the only one of my design left. |

We don't look too good against the national days of Australia, US and France where they are true national days. It's about time some politician had the guts to end it and have a real New Zealand Day on say March 15 based all over the country not up north then the Maori can protest as much as they like and the news media hopefully won't rush up there to cover it but I suspect we have go too far in the separation of races to do that . | paulw (1826) | ||

Let's have a national day with no mention of the NZ aborigines. Let's forget about separatism and have a day that all New Zealanders can celebrate. Unfortunately, at present, that is not the case. |

Just because the Aussies were incredibly nasty to the original inhabitants and still are, doesn't mean we need to be the same because of a few Harawiras that even the other maori at Waitangi are sick of. |
