Run norton antivirus now, (at the moment norton is the only ones with a fix for it) | Tux (606) | ||
| 331714 | 2005-03-07 20:56:00 | I think this is also another name for the Bropia worm . Its another variant of this worm . Here . symantec . com/avcenter/venc/data/w32 . bropia . c . html" target="_blank">securityresponse . symantec . com and some files from here maybe used too . . symantec . com/avcenter/venc/data/w32 . spybot . worm . html" target="_blank">securityresponse . symantec . com This usually happens, if you're lazy with getting updates for windows, as it shows on the 2nd url . Deleting whats in the hosts file, may help with getting back onto websites . BUT you still have files on the hdd to get rid of . And turn off System restore . I dont think Nortons is the only one that can recognise / remove it tho . Other AV programs can remove it too . |
