| 331567 | 2005-03-07 08:42:00 | Hi my brothers and sister have this game 'Chips Challenge' on their school computer and wanted it on our computer so we googled it and downloaded it from: takegame.com when we unzip this folder and clik on 'Chips.exe' an error comes up. this is what the error says: Cannot find WEP4UTIL.DLL. Windows needs this file to run D:\WINDOWS\TEMP\CHIPS.EXE. When I look at the what is in the unzipped folder it has this file in the list WEP4UTIL.DLL When I downloaded it I didn't save it in the D drive but in another partition. could that be the problem? if I download it and and right click and click 'extract files' I don't know what to do after that |

| 331569 | 2005-03-07 08:47:00 | When u unzipped this file, did it have a setup.exe or install.exe file?? It may have to been installed, so the files go in the main c: folder/s. If either of these files are in the unzipped file run either to install the files, so they install the files properly. |

| 331570 | 2005-03-07 08:58:00 | That error occurs because you are trying to run it from within the zipped folder. Extracting it to a folder and then running it is required. I just tried it to test, and got the same error unless the files were Extracted first. |

| 331572 | 2005-03-14 07:59:00 | Thanks for the Help Godfather that was the problem I hadn't extracted it into the folder. I have another game for my brothers called Rescue Rover which i downloaded from this site : www.dosgamesonline.com The error is kind of hard to explain. I have extracted into the folder but I can't figure out How to start playing I click on Start.exe and it comes up with a menu of options press 1-5 for different options pressing 5 say it will start the game but it says: this program will not run properly under windows 3.1 (I use Windows 98SE) please run this program from DOS press any key to continue when I press enter it say MS-DOS has terminated. Click the close button etc When I try going through MS-DOS Prompt and go into where I extracted the files and type START (That what the Readme.txt say to start the program) it comes up with the same menu I had before so I press 5 to start the game it comes up with the same error but when I press enter it comes up with the folder of where I extracted the game to so I try to type Start and press enter but it doesn't work. Sorry if I got a bit longwinded but if you download the game then you can help me get the game going cheers |

| 331573 | 2005-03-14 08:19:00 | Sorry, but as I run XP (which has no DOS), I don't want to go there. If the game "does not run properly under windows 3.1" I would suggest it is compliant with very early DOS versions and may not necessarily run correctly under DOS that gets installed with Windows 98. 1993 eek! |
