| 331610 | 2005-03-08 05:07:00 | Thought the name Xoftspy (www.spywarewarrior.com) rung a bell. Looks like they have mended their ways now though. Got to be careful out there, not everything is as it seems ;) Give a2 a run. |

| 331613 | 2005-03-08 05:26:00 | Version 4.0 of Xoftspy is supposed to be ok now. Apparently it was prone to false positives which, make it look better than the competion, but is mainly used to persuade people they need it along with dubious advertsing practices like false claims, jacked up reviews and installing adware/spyware on your PC. Some of these people could be the next MS if they really got their act together :D |

| 331614 | 2005-03-08 05:34:00 | lol yup. Talking about MS, I see there's a new trojan out www.norton.com That disables, and deletes the MS Antispyware program It also steals your pw if u do online banking. Well if it can pick something up 3 other programs didnt, it must be good for something! |

Well if it can pick something up 3 other programs didnt, it must be good for something! Didn't take long. Put MS in front of a programme and every little snot on the net focuses on it. Do they think MS is synonymous with hole and gaping exploit, that it is their right to waltz on in, even though they've never bothered with it before (such as Giant)? Sheesh! makes you wonder doesn't it, hmmm! maybe it's the integration with IE?? that'd make one wonder even more as to why that keeps happening. |
