| 333823 | 2005-03-14 04:36:00 | I have been using this email/browser for some time. I logged on as usual this morning and sent/received mail as usual. Exited, switched off PC and went out. On returning this PM and switching on, Netscape failed to recognise my existing file info and expected me to set up a new profile. Using Windows utilities, I have confirmed that my old details are still on file, but Netscape seems unable to recognise this fact. Any suggestions? |
