| 334605 | 2005-03-16 01:41:00 | I have recently bought a new computer and have found that when the computer is closed down (running Windows XP) it only takes the telephone in the house to ring (I don't have a phone attached to my modem) and my computer restarts!!!!! Any ideas would be appreciated as it means that after closing down I have to pull the computer power plug from the wall or pull the modem connection from the wall phone jack. Mike |
