| 334763 | 2005-03-16 21:16:00 | You say it is visible in the device manager. Double click it and check that it is enabled, then click the Volumes tab and click Populate. You may also have to wait a while for the OS to detect and install it, you could check the manafacture website for tools. You could try pluging it into sec/slave. |

| 334764 | 2005-03-17 06:49:00 | Could be that the partitions are hidden. If you are on XP go to Control panel/administrative tools/computer management Select Disk management. If the drive is hidden it will show up as "unknown drive" Alternativley load up "Partition Magic" and you will be able to 'unhide' the partitions. You could also use 'F-Disk' but be careful. |
