335403 2005-03-18 11:15:00 I believe that Eudora can import addressbooks in ldif format - see here (www.eudora.com)

So all you need to do in Thunderbird is export (kb.mozillazine.org ess_Books) in this format.

Why would anyone want to do that? That's like running Windows XP Pro and wanting to downgrade to Windows ME. :groan:

335405 2005-03-19 00:47:00 Elim - no it isn't. ME is a nasty O/S. Eudora is just a plain email prog. Some people like plain. pctek (84)
335406 2005-03-19 21:37:00 I like Tbird apart from the filtering is not reliable & it takes aaaaaaaaaages to to start up. There are some things i don't like about Eudora as well, such as it doesn't tell me how many messages it's just downloaded & it doesn't default to the last message downloaded Phil B (648)
