336100 2005-03-20 08:56:00 Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. In the Open URL dialog, try opening the file using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").

... is what it says when I try to stream a video. I know the link isn't broken because others are still using it and I used it just over a day ago fine.
I've tried uninstalling and stuff, but nothing works. The file also won't play in RealPlayer or winamp.

Any ideas?

336102 2005-03-20 09:20:00 Thank you!

Mostly it works great, however, there is one stream that has only audio but no picture. I don't know if this is a codec problem (probably) or what.

Can someone else please try it?

336103 2005-03-20 09:23:00 Does VideoLAN show it correctly or not? Chilling_Silence (9)
336104 2005-03-20 09:25:00 VideoLAN has audio, but no visual. fallsauce (4677)
336105 2005-03-20 09:43:00 Thats because asx is audio-only IIRC :)

336106 2005-03-20 09:53:00 I don't think so, this one's .asx as well and it's got picture - kikugamo.com
And besides, I know for a fact that it's got visual because I've seen it.

PS - Thanks for replying so fast, I tried googling it before and nobody knew what to do. :yuck:
