It installs ok but Msoft sends error message.I have AMD 2400 sempron processor and Nvidia geforce 4 Ti 4200 display adaptor. Would the driver Nvidia version 66.93 version 6.14.10.6693 english. solve the problem, and would the two nvidia drivers work together.I am not having the open GL subsection problem as is usual. steamman (82)
335834 2005-03-19 19:48:00 Hi steamman

You are going to need to provide a few more details so that people can help you. Is this related to your driver thread here (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)?

What is the exact error message that occurs when you install/start your game that gets send off to MS? You can select to see what data the error report contains before sending it. Can you still play the game with this error, if not, what happens eg. starting menu opens and then crashes, games crashes during play etc.

You cannot have two nVidia drivers installed at the same time, and I don't think the installer would let you anyway. What nVidia driver version do you have at the moment?

You may find this helpful - Using Microsoft Online Crash Analysis (www.microsoft.com) and then tracking your reports here (oca.microsoft.com). You have been sending off lots of reports, they must have something more helpful to say by now. :)

Uninstall both Nvidia drivers. And delete their folders. Then reboot.

And then get the latest official version 71.84.

Did u get the 6.14.10.6693 drivers from the Windowsupdate site?? NEVER get video drivers from here. You WILL have probs.

It's better to download the official nvidia drivers from the Nvidia site.
