335936 2005-03-19 23:00:00 If I open My Documents, I want to print my folders and files as they appear on screen. I don't want to make a printscreen. Is there a way to print this information? Jakkie (1395)
335937 2005-03-19 23:08:00 Dont think so, you might have to capture whatever / paste it then print it

I cant see an option to print from a folder. Unless there's some kind of shareware program that can do it.

335940 2005-03-19 23:55:00 Hi Jakkie

Welcome to PF1

There are several utilities that offer the information printout that you are looking for but they may not produce exactly the same view. I favour ZTree as mentioned by Murray, but mainly for its fast file finding and other virtues.

Print Screen saved to MS Paint will probably give you a printout with a lot less drama than playing with new utilities. If file size is an issue, save as a low res JPG or as monochrome.

335943 2005-03-20 04:04:00 Can't remember where I found this but it is excellent for printing files - has various options you can nominate.
It's called Printfolders - the author is Roman Pivovarov - look for Stratopoint
Software. I've used it for printing contents of cd files as well.
Sometimes if I don't want to print the whole lot, but just folder names, I'll copy and paste the lot - you can select ONLY the whole lot, not just what you want - on to a Word page, delete what I don't want from there and print what I do want. The folder titles all appear first then under that, each folder with all files therein.
