| 1381878 | 2014-08-16 06:04:00 | Hi guys. I still can't get Traffic Usage Checker, to work. It keeps telling me Authentication error. Please check your login and/or password. To day I rang Xtra and they confirmed my user name. As I don't use Xtra mail, had to be sure. I went and changed the password and logged into Xtra mail and all I had was 20 something spams. So I know the user name and password is correct. With TUC open I right clicked and opened data directory and opeded Rawout.htm, below:- www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p= www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p= login failure - no user www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p= login failure - no user www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p= login failure - no user www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p= login failure - no userhttps://www.snap.net.nz/usage.php u=ianaliceh&p= login failure - no user When you read it, it clearly says "user www.snap.net.nz u=ianaliceh&p". I've checked and rechecked and Spark is diffidently clicked. Can anyone please, enlighten me, before I blow a fuse. This started happening the day Telecom/Xtra changed to Spark. The guy on the help desk at Xtra was useless, too hard to understand what he was saying. :thanks Ian |

The old "Telecom" option no longer works, make sure that you're using a login & password for "My Spark". www.spark.co.nz If the login and password you're using work here then they'll work with TUC. |

What Snap goto do with Spark? Nothing. Spark is clicked on TUC page but says Snap on the Rawout.htm entry. Yes I have. I've checked both user name and password are correct and clicked on Spark. Don't know what else to do. |

| 1381881 | 2014-08-16 07:21:00 | I just had the same problem. Tried about 20 times and got Authentication error. In the end I chucked my email address into username then it worked. I'm positive the username wasn't an email address as I wrote it all down. |
