| 1367244 | 2014-02-09 21:16:00 | Has anyone here had any previous dealings with The Shaw Academy? They are currently advertising a 4-week live online Photography Course with an Accredited Diploma (value $995) (www.grabone.co.nz). Is this value for money, or is it just another online Con? |

The $995 is probably a rip-off. Ten hours is a drop in the bucket, and a Google search brings up two apparently different "Shaw" Academies so I wouldn't spend a cent on it. It screams either scam or half-arsed 'once over lightly' money grubbing to me. It takes time to learn the art of photography and if it can be done in 10 hours I'd eat my hat!
