1367797 2014-02-17 21:16:00 Chances are if its an XP PC, its very old.

XP Pc's generally are not worth the expense in an OS upgrade. At all.
You would be much better off buying an ex-lease Windows7 PC , maybe $200-$300 cost.

Just how old are these XP PC's ??
How much RAM in them (very important), IDE or Sata HD ??, what speed CPU ? are Win7 system drivers available (easy to find at least)
Do they need Windows Home or Pro ? (dont assume)
Will their software actually run Win7, will it run on 64bit . Find out 1st, dont assume . Will all their hardware be win7 compatible ?
Do they have install CD's & install key's to reload Office & any other Software they use ?
Better to find out now than to have to deal with these sort of issues later. 90% of the time there wont be issues with Win7 or 64bit.

1367798 2014-02-17 21:51:00 Sitting down ? pricespy.co.nz They are over $200 each, and from what I see no 3 user licences. so thats over $600 in software.
For a business that would be a tax deductible expense and pretty much required in order to be legit.

Greg, What does the business do?
