1367452 2014-02-12 06:32:00 My Google Earth stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. It wouldn't do a search as previously
and now the dam thing won't even start. Anyone got any clues as to what might be the trouble?. Please.

1367453 2014-02-12 07:03:00 Dont know if its the same problem, but a couple years back many people had similar problems, the cause was the newer version wasn't working on their systems after an upgrade.

The only way to get it going again was to download a older version and not allow it to update. From memory the version that worked on W7 wouldn't work with XP :2cents:

I tried reinstalling without effect . I am using win7 .
Not quite sure how to get an older version that will work with win7 . Thanks for the suggestion .

KenSure. If you have a similar problem. Go to Tools/Options/Navigation/Non-Mouse Controller, and uncheck Enable Controller, and enable Visualization.
A simple solution but it took some time to get to it.
