| 337106 | 2005-03-24 22:21:00 | I think it was some sort of reward programme or other. I thought it was great as it shows the customer that the ISP values their business... They may not get it right all the time when you have a problem or 2 but they make sure that your problem is solved as soon as possioble and that you get the service you pay for.... and personally I think their service is really really outstanding. cheers chiefnz |

| 337108 | 2005-03-26 04:16:00 | I've been with QSI for a few years and find that at times when its windy/rainy that the connection does turn to custard. And as I speak I cannot access the QSI webmail page. Thank goodness for Thunderbird. Overall though I havent had much in the way of problems. |
