337453 2005-03-24 05:25:00 what type of disk are you using? what is the file type of the file you are trying to burn? does your dvd player support that file type? Prescott (11)
337454 2005-03-24 05:38:00 Using Imation CD-R
Don't know what file type but original plays OK in player and the copy appears to have same files as original as viewed on PC
Player is a Panasonic VCR / DVD combo

337455 2005-03-24 05:51:00 some sort of copy protection perhaps Prescott (11)
337456 2005-03-24 06:02:00 Car Hill Climb is a commercial game? Then absolutely it will have copy protection.
You can't just duplicate it with Nero to copy them, the copy protection is there to stop you copying it.
Why not just run the original?

The film is of a "Hill Climb" - not a game & not a commercial clip
In fact it's Aare Vartonnen at Pike's Peak

337458 2005-03-24 08:07:00 DVD players can be very fussy recognising burnt media, particularly the expensive players. Cheap ones seem to accept anything.

Look on that link for compatability

337459 2005-03-24 09:21:00 Hmmm.....
The copy may need to be burnt as a VCD to play in your DVD player.
Use nero to burn a video cd on the CD-R disc and try that. :2cents:
