How many ram slots does this mobo have?? Does it support dual channel??
If so, put the ram simms in the slots that support dual channel. See if this makes any diff. |

As you have tested the ram already in another PC - I'd now return the board under warranty and get another one. |

yea I'm thinking about doing that but the weird thing is that the computer operates fine under both windows 95,98se( other than 1 being hugely out data and the other in bad need of a reformat). Re12 no its not dual channel and there are 3 slots for RAM on the motherboard, two of which are in use. |
