337567 2005-03-24 09:36:00 Hey there, I just discovered a website (http://www.hriders.com) that offers the public free 1TB email account (that is 1000GB). I am still under the process of applying for it. Did anyone manage to apply for the gargantuan 1TB email account? Cheers :p Renmoo (66)

they have just picked that number out of the air....

if they have 5000 members then they will be offering 5000TB of storage, there is no way they have that much waiting to be used.

they are betting that you cant fill that much space.

I would be suprised to find more that a hundred home users in the world that have 1TB of data.

I bet you can't get 1TB of data on to their system.

337570 2005-03-24 10:29:00 And who in their right mind would go around telling people they have a hriders.com address? Sounds vaguely like a gay motorcycle thing. I get images of that biker dude from the Village People... vinref (6194)

337574 2005-03-26 09:18:00 maybe they do have 1Tb of storage, but they will only give you like 3mb or so, once the 1Tb is gone, thats it,no more email addresses.

Gmail is still my fav

337575 2005-03-27 07:19:00 Hmmm, so it seems that 1TB email account is impossible. So, tell me, did any of you encounter before more than 1GB email account (I 've heard of omnilect, 2GB, but its service is relatively poor)? Cheers :) Renmoo (66)
337576 2005-03-27 07:28:00 why would you need more than a Gb of email space? 1Gb is enough for me. Prescott (11)
