| 338136 | 2005-03-26 00:14:00 | My boss gave me a Sony Network Camera to have a play with over the weekend and I can't for the life of me get it to work I've got as far as plugging it into my NIC and tried to assign it an IP using sony's 'easy setup' program which was supplied with it. The manual tells me to click on the MAC or IP address and it will bring up the options to select what type of network interface it is connected to. Screenshot (sal.neoburn.net) But...it doesn't. :illogical Help! So much for easy setup. It does have a space for username and password...but what do I put there? If anything? None of the accounts on this comp have passwords. Win XP Home. |

| 338138 | 2005-03-26 01:58:00 | I just d/l the manual from a site. It says the username/pw is guest, this is the default. Try that for the username and password. Or admin for name and password. |
