| 339632 | 2005-03-30 07:57:00 | Many programs are offered at varying prices, such as: www.intelore.com www.intertek.org.uk www.melbpc.org.au and 402,000 others... But you might grow old trying to crack it, it could be very time consuming. |

If access is the problem, a program like ZTree can open Word files using its "View" function and allow copy and paste of the raw text data. I recently did this very successfully with a corrupted Word 2000 file that crashed Word every time I tried to open it, so maybe it will work for this problem. Any thoughts?? Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 339636 | 2006-03-14 20:47:00 | I tend to agree about the "hmmmm" Greg. While Collar is replying to a question, which we specifically allow vendors to do in the rules, in each case the user has replied to an older, non-active thread, implying they searched to find something to reply to. Since there's just three posts, and not a whole spamfest of them, and each was related to the thread, I'm letting it pass at this point. However, I'd suggest to Collar that replying to old threads in this way is unlikelyto be of much help, since presumably the problem is now old news to the user. I reseve the right ot change my mid at any time. | Biggles (121) | ||
