| 339979 | 2005-03-31 20:55:00 | Back when I used Win98, I ran across a free program called 'Key View'. This enables a user to open most any file and either read the text or see the photo, Key View does not work with WinXP, which I use now. Are there any programs that do the same thing? Key View created simple text files that often lost the original format but still did the job. | Strommer (42) | ||

| 339983 | 2005-04-01 03:27:00 | I hope this is the one you wanted (www.verity.com) Thanks Rob - that is it. However, it does not appear to be a freebie. The price is well-hidden on that site - will go back and search for it but with a 30 day free trial it is not a freebie. Does anyone know of a free program? |
