339871 2005-03-31 05:56:00 HI,I have IE6 & XP.Some times when browsing I get a 'box' to ask me wether I want to send a report to MS or not.Either way I lose the open windows. When I check 'error logs' the reason is
" Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 6.0.2900.2604, fault address 0x0026b9d3"

Does anyone know what this means-cheers rdee

Welcome to PressF1, rdee. Have you try using other Internet Browsers? Have you update your Windows to the latest? Cheers :)

339876 2005-03-31 11:29:00 Update IE. You can turn off that send a report message, IIRC there is a tick box to disable it in the pop up report dialogue box.

If your inclined, use a differnet browser.

339877 2005-03-31 11:45:00 You could try,Usually this is caused by third party add-ons or plug-ins (BHO's). As you
have SP2 installed, go to the control panel/internet options, on the
programs tab click the button to manage add-ons, then start selectively
disabling them until the browser acts properly.
As found in google.
