| 339764 | 2005-03-31 03:01:00 | I have lost the ability to format the text (eg: bold, italicise, bullet points etc) in any e-mails that I am creating in Outlook. The drop down menu options for 'Format' menu are all grayed out. Can anyone tell me how to correct this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook without any success!!! Thanks Paul |
