340625 2005-04-02 06:00:00 I am trying to get rid of all nvidia graphic drivers. I now have a Raedon card.
In add/remove programes I got rid of the nvidia graphics. But I notice there is another entry for nvidia drivers. No details. And I have nvidia drivers for my motherboad. But I have never seen M/B drivers shown in add/remove. Does anyone know if it would be safe to get rid of these or could they be m/b drivers.
Also in the registry I have entries for nvidia Gat drivers. What are these?

340626 2005-04-02 06:08:00 That should be enough. Just uninstall whats in Add/remove, then delete the C:/nvidia folder as well.

Then reboot then install the ATI drivers. Whats the other Nvidia entry say??

If it says something else but Nvidia drivers, I would leave it there. Nvidia drivers is for the Nvidia videocard.

its a driver that helps the way the graphics card communicates to the OS via the agp slot.....

340631 2005-04-02 09:27:00 AFAIK it is something to do with the MB AGP slot.

Metla types faster so I'll stress motherboard driver not your old card.
