341330 2005-04-04 09:00:00 Depends what kind of card you have. 3DMark01 is a bit of an outdated benchmarking program now.

Not if you are using new hardware. :-(

341332 2005-04-04 10:46:00 What do you get for PC Mark 04?

Craig on OCNZ has this system: Asus A8N SLI Delux, AMD 64 3500, Zalman 7700-CU,2 Leadtek 6800 Ultras SLI,1024 ddr400,audigy2 zs,2 Seagate 200gig SATA in raid 0,21in IBM trinatron,Altek Lansing fx6021,XP Pro SP2,OCZ 520 watt powerstream

And only got a 9142 3dMark05 score at stock speed. With some overclocking he reached 10,000. So your results seem to be quite good and normal. 50fps in Doom 3 is normal, what do you expect at 16xAA and high detail? As a comparison my x800 @ XT PE gets just over 6000.

341334 2005-04-04 23:58:00 Just an update -

I did some reading at hard ocp, as well as an old friend of mine who is heavy into pc's. I updated to the beta drivers, and now i'm seeing @ stock

58 - 60 FPS on doom 3 on high graphics @ 1024X768 with 4X aa
9,960 Benchmarks on 3dmark05

thanks all for the help :)
