| 341701 | 2005-04-07 05:12:00 | Just to update: I deleted some rQsdlg.dll file in Safe Mode under administrator and now I went back on and everything is going excellent. No pop-up ads, no redirecting urls, and the Maxthon and Firefox browsers are working to perfection again. I hope this stays like this for good, and I want to thank Speedy Gonzales for helping me out through the whole thing. Even if it does come back and start messing up, I guess I'll just reformat... oh yeah, reformatting I didn't have to do and I hope I won't. :thumbs: |

Thanks for the support guys, i'm going to burn some CD's tomorrow to back up some of my files, it's 2 AM right now and I can't believe i'm going to be able to get some sleep. :D |

Hopefully it doesnt come back :thumbs: Just make sure u keep things up to date, and have / get a decent firewall . Depends what u use to backup coz not worth copying programs, that have already been installed to CD . They wont work . Redownload whatever programs u have / want to keep now, and keep them somewhere . Just in case something happens . |
