| 341416 | 2005-04-04 08:44:00 | The only one I think is good, is http://free-webhosts.com which is like a directory of all the free webhosts (that they know of), they also rate them, explain what they are giving, and any catches. Make sure to read the review, but remember a lot of the reviews are from people who hold personal vendetta's against them, it's best to try it out for yourself and then decide whether to stay or not, mean you could go through the whole list till you find one that is suitable to you.
