| 342085 | 2005-04-06 05:32:00 | I picked up a cheap and nasty digital camera today 2nd hand for the other half, but I think I have found out why they sold it! I cannot for the life of me find ANY drivers or manafacturers website .... although I have found the product listed on the DSE Website here -> www.dse.co.nz the camera takes pictures fine from what I can tell powers up on the usb line ok, windows 98se detects it as usb composite device but all my efforts to find a driver for this including asking dse if I could copy a cd, have come to no result so im pleading to the world if anyone owns one of these if they could email me the driverset for win98se or email me a link to get the drivers any help at all would be greatly welcomed - Phil [edit: email address removed] thanks! | 342086 | 2005-04-06 06:09:00 | Welcome to Pressf1 :) was there a driver disk included with the digi cam? what happens when you plug it in the usb port and go to my computer?. there should be a removable hdd in there, double click it and your pics should be in a folder. |

| 342090 | 2005-04-07 03:16:00 | oh damn I tried the adaptek site and downloaded the PocketCam Smart 1.3 camera drivers, all it seems to have is a program to pul lthe pictures off the camera, no inf files at all or anything to 'install' a driver :( the help drivers site wants me to pay 5 euros to DL it ?! maby my only choice :( ps nothing comes up in My computer for a removable drive as its not xp im just running old 98SE still |
