| 342131 | 2005-04-07 06:16:00 | Thanks all, I booked a book from the library re: dreamweaver hopefully it touches upon CSS. The alignment of the banner, mine is a picture (JPG) the margin setups worked superbly. The white font, the code from mejobloggs worked fine. Although it applied it to the whole page. I am wanting to leave the links as blue but only make the left side panel links as colour white. I tried highlighting those links and bring up the code view which is highlighted black for me. I tried popping that set of codes into there, still the whole page of all links become white. Anyone know how this can be done? I have been trying to make a traditional drop down menu. I have drawn the drop down box after slice and list/menu. How do you make it into a hyperlink? I see a command called List Values and that's about it. I have tried Fireworks, but all I could do was achieve a roll over drop down menu which I don't want. Nomad. |

In that case you might have to use Rob's code then. <style type="text/css"> <!-- .unnamed1 { text-decoration: color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> none; color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> font-family: color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #FFFFFF; } .unnamed2 { text-decoration: color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> none; color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> font-family: color: #444444; font-style:italic; "> Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #990000; } --> </style> You then use ".unnamed1" for the side bar (or whatever) and ".unnamed2" for the rest of the webpage. Change the color: #990000; code to the colour you require. |
