| 341716 | 2005-04-04 21:43:00 | My friend sent me this: "This is dumb, your emails always go to junk mail !! I have your email address in my address book, so why oh why does outlook express think they're junk?" I'm sending mail using Kmail. my address is <my nickname>@<one of my domains>, so its unlikely to be considered spammers domain. Hers is a hotmail address. Any ideas? :help: |

| 341717 | 2005-04-04 22:07:00 | Having someone in your address book in OE, doesnt mean you'll be able to get email in your hotmail . Or your emails wont get deleted if u access hotmail in OE . She has to go to the hotmail site and options and add your email address to the list of people, she can receive email from . (If the settings in her Hotmail settings (on the site), are set to exclusive mode - This will STOP most spam / junk emails getting into her Hotmail) Then your emails should get to her . When she checks Outlook Express . Its not OE that decides what is junk mail in Hotmail . Its the settings on the Hotmail site, that decides, whats junk email, and what isn't in Hotmail . |
