| 342702 | 2005-04-08 04:27:00 | can any1 help me with a message about urlmon.dll whn trying to open a program... and when i go to the regsrver32 thing i get this message urlmon.dll was loaded, but the dll register server entry point was not found this file can not be registerd. Please help this is driving me nuts :badpc: |

| 342703 | 2005-04-08 05:01:00 | To solve the problem, first click the Start button, then click Run in the Start Menu, and type the following command in the dialog box and click OK: regsvr32 urlmon.dll You should receive the message "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded", and then click OK. If the above action does not solve the problem, then repeat it as many times as necessary to correct the problem, each time replacing Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below: Shdocvw.dll Msjava.dll Actxprxy.dll Oleaut32.dll Mshtml.dll Browseui.dll Shell32.dll (Windows XP and Windows 2000 only) home.earthlink.net Also in the run box type sfc /scannow this will run the windows file checker there is a space after sfc. hth |
