| 342688 | 2005-04-08 03:57:00 | I run Windows 98 2nd edition. When I start up my computer everything goes well, all the programs are loaded and icons minimized on the toolbar below. But then in 5 or so seconds everything freezes - can't the mouse and keyboard same. Can't even do "Alt Ctrl Delelte" - what's causing this problem? How do I fix it? Rosehill |

Rosehill Did you install something before it happened? Boot into safemode (Press F8 on boot) and see if theres a problem with any hardware in Device Mnagaer, or remove what software you recently added. I'd do a spyware check too while you're in safemode. |
