So its been good for all of 2 weeks.
And again, nothing on the status page. I really now think that Telecom have completely given up on this service & are just waiting for customers to go to gmail.

Oh very good, that sort of BS would apply to everything then. So dont complain about anything, ever.
If you a paying for a service , then it should work. And no, xtra email is not free, its part of the internet package we paid for & signed up for.


Many of these users have had that email address for 5-10 years
Many now rely on that adress. Notifying everyone & everything that I had been in touch with over the last 10 years & expecting them to update their records is not
practical.

I've had an Xtra email address for 20+ years and I can't recall experiencing any outages.

That is not to say that there has never been an Xtra service outage of course, but if there has been, it was either too long ago to remember or I wasn't on-line at the time.

I am usually on line all day every weekday unless out of my office, and I check emails several times during weekends as well
