When I first got my Igloo going the other day I was able to watch movies which I'd put onto the drive. Then when I removed it to add more movies onto it, it came up with the error that no device was detected. I tried a second drive that I have with same problem.
Haven't called Igloo helpdesk yet, but my previous dealings with them was good... just thought I'd try here first. |

You haven't reformatted or anything? some devices only support certain file systems and won't recognise others. |

Its not a silicon power USB stick is it?? because they're not compatible with Igloo. And you sure you can use the USB port on it for playing whatever? According to the Igloo site, its for live pause. And whatever is on the stick will get wiped |
