Go to the contacts pane in Xtramail, down the bottom of whatever list of items are there, you should see a text box saying "New List" - click on that and type in a name you want for your group Go to the normal contacts list and drag whichever contacts you want into your new list When you type in the "To" field when writing an email, the list name will come up, if you use that it will send to everyone in that list. |
