| 343112 | 2005-04-09 07:44:00 | Hey guys. Probably gonna install my hard drives soon but before then can someone tell me if they know of the solution to or have ever had a problem with Right Click wait times being like 2-5 seconds. Noticeably long and annoying... I recently got this problem like 2-4 weeks ago and it's been the biggest pest of a problem I've ever had in windows. Anyone? |

| 343116 | 2005-04-09 09:07:00 | Bro this is permanent. If I right click any file in a folder it takes 2-5 seconds for the right click menu to load. Right click in blank space to create a folder etc doesn't take that long. |

| 343119 | 2005-04-09 09:30:00 | Does it take as long in safe mode? The most obvious reason is to much crap running in the background,if they are using all the resources then the comp has to free some up to let you do what you want to do. How many entires do you have in start up? If you kill off any Anti-virus and/or Norton apps does the problem go away? (when i say kill off i mean temperally disable, not uninstall) |
