Format|Cells|Number tab|Custom Category and enter this in the type box 0.00;"0";0.00 This will treat negatives as zero (the part in quotes) while positive and zero are formatted to 2 decimal places. If you want to have a different value then use an if statement in another column... =IF(C2<0,0,C2) where C2 is the target cell. If you want to change the actual values the use the formula then copy paste special values over the target cells. |
