Have a bit of a problem...
You know in outlook express how underneath the list of emails u have theres a message pane so that if u scroll thru your email it displays your email underneath?

Well

I managed to get the message pane back but its next to the column of the emails not underneath it.

Does anybody know how to modify it back to the bottum?

So its like 3 coloumns.First column shows the folders like inbox, sent, outbox.
2nd column shows lists of emails and the 3rd column is the display of the emails which u picked from the 2nd column.I want the 3rd column to be underneath the bottum half of the 2nd column

345387 2005-04-15 19:41:00 You mean in Thunderbird or the Mozilla mail client?

For Thunderbird, you just need to go View > Layout. Select Classical View.

345388 2005-04-15 20:59:00 that 'message pane' you are talking about is called the 'preview pane' in outlook express and outlook........it's BAD NEWS...........DONT enable it.........what happens is when you clik an email .......even to delete it, if you have the preview pane enabled then you have automatically 'opened' that email......and that means that say for example your email contains a virus, (and viruses can hide in an apparently blank email) then you have just activated and caught that virus..............preview pane should be DISabled............ drcspy (146)
