344968 2005-04-14 23:50:00 I am recording from Canon analog camcorder to Windows Movie Maker. When I look at the properties of the recorded clips it shows the audio has been recorded. On playback the video record is perfect, but I don't get any sound.

Help, please!

Siobhan

344969 2005-04-14 23:58:00 Umm, with this camera don't u have to plug the sound/audio out (from the camera) into line in on the soundcard??

This maybe the prob. Why you dont get sound. Can you hear sound normally in Windows?/ When playing something like music or MP3??

344970 2005-04-15 04:15:00 I have video and sound out from the camera via Belkin USB VideoBus II into a USB port on the computer . The clip Properties says it is a Windows Media video/audio file and I'm replaying the clip on Windows media Player . WMP works just fine with all other audio applications . . Siobhan (6842)
344971 2005-04-15 04:21:00 Are you recording the mono sound on the left channel and playing back on the right channel? :) Graham L (2)
344972 2005-04-16 00:58:00 No, it has red white and yellow jacks out of the camera and into the Belkin , then one line out of the Belkin into the computer USB. I obviously am capturing the sound O.K. It just won't play back. Siobhan (6842)
