There's a setting in OE that prevents attachments that may potentially contain a virus. See if it's un-checked, and get the sender to resend. (can't remember where it is... under Options or Tools or somewhere I think)
Also, try right-click on the image placeholder, select properties, and tell us what comes up. |

Thanks Greg, I have unchecked what you suggested also under DOWNLOAD IMAGES I unchecked, Other external content in HTML e'mail, I guess this will be okay. Right clicking the picture which I think is a moving figure only says "select all" regards |
