| 346272 | 2005-04-18 04:03:00 | Hey there, I have a PocketPC (HP hx4700) and am trying to use ActiveSync to get it to connect to my PC at home while roaming about I can get this to work when at home over the wireless network but when doing this over the greater internet the home PC replies to the Sync request and then 3 seconds later sends a RST packet back to the PDA The Home PC is on a public IP address and exhibits the same behavior when using the MS firewall and when the firewall is disabled. Other tools such as terminal services work quite happily The PDA is connected to a WiFi network which is on the end of a DSL link and does outbound NAT but has no outbound restrictions. Any Ideas ? |
