Something to do with Outlook 2000

Whoever sent this email their Outlook isn't configured properly.

346756 2005-04-19 21:43:00 thanks speedy, do you think that would account for the email being bounced back to me when i try to reply to it..???? plod (107)
346757 2005-04-19 21:52:00 Maybe, it the sent-from address doesn't exist. Also, there is a possibility that a mail filter on the receiving server didn't like the DAT extension. pheonix (36)
346758 2005-04-19 21:52:00 Do u know the email / person it came from??

Not sure might be the reason, or wherever it came from doesnt use a valid email address. Why it bounced back. Or they use some kind of anti spam program maybe?

346759 2005-04-19 21:53:00 Possibly, if the mistyped their own address in the reply address.

There is a tool for Mac OS X to extract the contents of a winmail.dat file:
mac.softpedia.com

Undoubtedly there's one available for other OS versions.

346760 2005-04-19 22:01:00 You may be able to open it this way.
1. save the ".dat" file
2. Open Stuffit Expander (Applications / Utilities)
3. Drag and Drop the ".dat" file.

Or use this program TNEF's Enough - 2.0
