| 348490 | 2005-04-25 01:46:00 | I have recetly installed Xandros 3. The set up wizard installed my Epson 40UX printer okay and it prints no problem from Thunderbird Mail. When I try and print from Open Office nothing happens. It would appear as though the Eposn printer is set up as the default printer for Open Office. Any assiatnce would be apprecaited. Thanks |

| 348492 | 2005-04-25 05:11:00 | Like kjaada, I have Xandros v3 (Deluxe) set up on my laptop, and it prints fine from OpenOffice. When I open a text doc, it shows the correct default printer. Does yours? John |

| 348493 | 2005-04-25 05:42:00 | Thanks Kjjaada and John. Open Office shows the Epson 01 printer as the default printer. I still can't figure out why the printer won't work from Open Office. I have been to Launch/Applications/Open Office/Tasks/Printer Administration and it shows the default printer. It has a 'print test' page in this area and that doesn't print out either. I am still in the dark about what I need to do to get in going from Open Office. Thanks Doug |

The printing properties in Open Office show [Command] a printing command of lpr and [Paper] Paper size has no options. The printer is shown as Epson 01 in email [where it will print] and Open Office [where it won't print. Thanks Doug |
