Where did you end up getting it from?,the shop I pointed you at had versions from all over the world, back in my younger days I would roar up to Auckland just to spend a few hundy at Real Groovy records.(and of course, catch up with people, drink large amounts of Alcohol, see some bands, then roar back to Wanganui flat broke)

349375 2005-04-28 06:46:00 The HCV program hasn't done squat, damn thing doesn't even install into Windows let alone make configuration changes, Besides which he didn't ask for help with stealing sky so the pull out your cop badge rant above is way out of whack. It ain't ain't upto anyone else what a user has installed. Now you have finished your rant, let me explain. I specifically pointed out the comment about HVCPlus because of Meilad's comment that he couldn't get the program to work. I pulled out the cop badge to warn him off about asking for help on this, but mainly to stop other PF1'ers giving advice on this application. People like to be extra helpful, and those reading the comment about "I couldn't get it to work" often results in advice being given to help with this, even if that was not what his post was about.

I'd rather do some preventative measure now, rather than helpful members ending up being banned without perhaps realising they are breaking a rule while doing so.

So yes, I was actually trying to be helpful myself and give fair warning.

No need to justify your actions to me Jen, Jump up and down when people don't do anything wrong all you like.

^^ Get the PVR application here and make sure you have latest drivers.

Older versions on XP would crash like that...
