| 1370207 | 2014-03-28 09:07:00 | All these vague "satellite" images of things floating in the sea.... if Google earth can show me an image of my home and garden so that I can easily identify the water meter cover (rough guess 0.4m x 0.3m) how come we don't see better images of objects claimed to be 24m long? Can Google send their satellite in to take pictures of the Indian Ocean? Or do satellites suffer from sea or weather blindness when they are over the southern ocean? Or are those Google "satellite" images taken from that noisy helicopter that's always flying over North Shore suburbs? |
